Miguel was willing to work out package deals and threw in some nice incentives, and most importantly so easy to work with. He was responsive and punctual throughout the whole process, which took so much of the stress out. He even came to the venue a couple days ahead to make sure all the equipment I ordered would fit the dimensions of all the rooms. When the day of the event came, he worked with the lady at the venue and figured everything out so that he didn't have to bother me with all the little details that would've held me back in my preparations for the event! Memories are so important and I'm glad that Oh Snap! Photo booth was able to capture mine. I worked with Miguel and from the very beginning he was great! I was able to choose my background and let me tell you, there were so many to choose from. I also loved how he kept me in the loop with proofs for the layout. There were no surprises, and everything looked great. I also loved how easy and secure it was to make online payments. Doing business with someone you have never done business with before can be uneasy but the whole process was simple and secure. Miguel arrived early and everything was ready to go for the guest. After the event Miguel sent me a link with all the pictures and boomerangs which I thought was awesome. Thank you guys again for an amazing experience and making my daughter sweet 16 so special!
